Environment & Art
Designers; artists; fabric, wood, ceramic and metal specialists collaborate in the design and preparation of visual elements of the Liturgy. A study of historic and contemporary sources is part of the design process.

Eucharistic Adoration
Parishioners devote one or more hours per week to Adoration of the Blessed Sacrament exposed in the Chapel. Adoration is Monday through Friday, 7:00 a.m. - 8:00 p.m.

Extraordinary Ministers of the Eucharist
Men or women, who are at least 16 years old and have received Confirmation, are trained and commissioned to assist in distributing Communion at Mass, to the sick and to the homebound. Training includes both the theological and physical aspects of this ministry.

Family Life Ministry
This ministry is a resource for parishioners assisting with funerals, annulments. Volunteers are always needed to help with special requests for service.

Masters of Ceremony
Men or women with prior experience as liturgical ministers are trained to coordinate and support the roles of all the ministers at Mass and other liturgies. Formation begins with a six month study of the Mass liturgy.

Ministers of Hospitality/ Ushers
Men or women are trained to welcome and support the physical activities of the Assembly during Mass and other liturgies including: seating people; distributing worship aids and bulletins; taking-up collections; forming and facilitating processions, and providing crisis assistance if needed.

Rite of Christian Initiation for Adults
RCIA is the process by which persons age 16 and over enter the Catholic Church, receive sacraments they have missed as children, or return to the Church. The RCIA Team assists in this process by providing education, hospitality, support, and facilitation at gatherings. Specific sessions for Inquirers are held at 9:30 am in the library. Catechumens and Candidates are dismissed from the 9:15 am Mass and meet in the St. Theresa Room and General Sessions are held in the Fellowship Hall, Sunday mornings at 10:30am. The entire parish supports Inquirers, Catechumens, and Candidates through prayer, Liturgical Celebration, fellowship and serving as sponsors.

Rite of Christian Initiation for Children
RCIC is the process by which children over the age of reason and under the age 16 enter the Catholic Church. The program operates in conjunction with the Parish Religious Education program for children.

Sacristy Care
Parishioners prepare and maintain the church and its furnishings, vestments, and vessels for worship and enjoy fellowship. Volunteers are needed for special projects that can be done at home or on the weekend.

Music Ministry
All Saints Orchestra
Assists with special celebrations during the year, e.g. Midnight Mass, Easter, All Souls, and Christ the King. Parishioners are joined by musicians from the community to offer opportunities to include music for voices and orchestra in the worship life of the parish. Rehearsal times are flexible. Any

Life Teen Band
An ensemble of vocalists and instrumentalists who lead the musical worship at the 5:00 p.m. Mass on Sunday. The members specialize in contemporary Christian music from a broad range of composers. Experienced musicians with a heart of worship are welcome to inquire about singing or playing with the band.

This choir is involved in the musical leadership at the 11:00 a.m. Mass. A broad range of music is sung: Gregorian chant to contemporary, both a cappella and accompanied. Works with brass and orchestra are a part of the repertoire for many special celebrations including All Souls, Midnight Mass, and Easter services. Rehearsals are Tuesday evenings from 7:30 – 9:30 p.m. in the Music Room throughout the year.

The St. Joseph Choir is an integral component of the funeral liturgies at All Saints. The members assist with the music leadership for The Rite of Christian Burial whenever requested and are available to any family of the parish. Their presence gives support and comfort to those gathered for worship during these difficult times of mourning and loss. The choir is comprised of approximately 25 volunteer members and is open to all parishioners. There are no auditions or regularly scheduled rehearsals. The choir is especially suitable for those who are available during the day but may not have time in the evenings to participate in one the other ensembles.

This ensemble of vocalists and instrumentalists regularly provides musical leadership for the 9:15 a.m. Mass. It specializes in contemporary Catholic music. Rehearsals are Wednesday evening from 7:30 – 9:00 p.m. in the Music Room. The choir meets from mid-August through June.

Children's Music Ministry
For singers in grades 3rd through 8th grade. Rehearsals are Sundays from 12:15 to 1:15 p.m. in Room 5 at the church, or Wednesdays from 3:15 until 4:15 p.m. at the school campus. Once a month this choir assists at

St. Francis Music Education Program
A structured music curriculum is included as part of the Religious Education classes for 3 year olds, 4 year olds, Kindergarten and 1st grade children on Sunday mornings. The purpose of the program is to teach basic music skills, which will encourage the children to begin their active participation in the worship of the Church at an early age. Children are taught how to sing, basic music reading skills, and some of the most often sung music of the Liturgy. Betty Martinez and volunteers from the parish assist in the teaching.

St. Nicholas Cherub Choir
This choir for children in Kindergarten through 2nd grade rehearses Sundays from 1:15 - 2:00 p.m. in Room 5 at the church, or Tuesdays from 3:15 to 4:00 p.m. at the school campus. The choir assists in Mass at various times throughout the year, participates in community outreach and attends occasional festivals. The choir meets from late August through May.

St. Philip Neri Handbell Choir
An ensemble of beginner to intermediate teen and young adult Handbell ringers. This choir assists at various liturgies throughout the year. Membership is open to youth grades 5 through college. The ability to read music is required. The ensemble also participates in some community service activities and attends local handbell festivals. Rehearsals are Wednesdays.

All Saints String Ensemble
This ensemble is for violin, viola and cello. This ensemble will be made up of parishioners of all ages that wish to participate in liturgy celebrations.
